I attended ultrasound imaging N.I for scan. The staff were very friendly & helpful. You were made to feel very relaxed. Going through the scan the girl was pleasant and reassuring. I came away happy and relieved. My experience has been excellent and I will probably will be making an appointment with this business again, would highly recommend. I got results to my phone within half an hour 👍

I had an ultrasound at the clinic to have my thyroid examined, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Julie, the sonographer, was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so clearly, making sure I understood what she was looking at and why. Her professionalism, kindness and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. I really appreciated how informative she was and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the examination. It’s clear that Julie is highly experienced and genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend this clinic, and especially Julie, to anyone needing an ultrasound. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Highly recommend although it was too early to see baby or anything I did get reassurance that nothing else was wrong and that my reproductive health .i.e my ovaries was normal it’s reassured my anxiety highly recommend, will be back when I’m further along in my pregnancy

After losing our precious daughter, Alanna, in 2024, my husband and I were understandably very anxious throughout our most recent pregnancy. We decided to book an early scan at Ultrasound Imaging Dungannon, and from the moment we walked through the door, we felt genuinely cared for. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who greeted us with kindness and made us feel at ease straight away. The clinic itself is spacious, calm, and very privacy-focused, creating a comforting environment. When it was time for our scan, Julie came to get us. She had taken the time to understand our history, and throughout the scan she was so compassionate, patient, and reassuring. She never made us feel rushed, answered our questions, and helped ease so much of the anxiety we were carrying. We all had a little cry every time all was ok. We returned to see Julie three more times during the pregnancy, and after every appointment we left feeling more confident and reassured. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference to our pregnancy journey. I honestly cannot recommend Ultrasound Imaging Dungannon enough, especially for anyone who may be feeling anxious after pregnancy loss. We will always be so grateful for the care we received. Thankfully, we are now blessed to say that our beautiful baby boy has arrived safe and sound. Thank you, Julie, and the whole team, for being such an important part of our journey.

Went for gender scan at 16 weeks, baby wasn't playing ball and I was offered a rescan the following week. So glad I went back as I was able to clearly see gender this time. Lovely staff and would highly recommend

The service I received from the minute I arrived until I left was faultless! All the staff are very friendly, make you feel at ease and professional at all times. The scan itself was very well explained to me before, during and after. The sonographer was very informative and keep talking to me throughout, she was very professional at all times. The surroundings are beautiful, somewhat homely and immediately put you at ease, it does not feel clinical and cold like a hospital. Excellent service and location for myself. The closest place I could have travelled to was either Newry or Belfast, so a win for me that it was in my local home town. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any health worries requiring a scan , worth every penny!
